• First, verify that the user is able to click on the voter ID field.

• Check that the user is able to type in the voter ID field.

• Check that the typed voter ID number is properly visible to the user or not.

• Check that when the user enters the valid voter ID number, eg, XGN3002623

• Check that the system should accept 10 10-digit voter ID numbers.

• Check that the voter ID starts with the alphabet and ends with a number.

• Check the voter ID by entering the number in uppercase.

• Check that the user enters the voter ID in lowercase.

• Verify that when the user enters a special character in the voter ID field.

• Check that the voter ID has with space in between.

• Check that when the user enters an invalid voter ID number. 

1. Enter only the alphabet, eg, ANCBDHEISQ
2. Enter only a Number, eg, 1213221234
3. Enter only special characters @#^%#&@(@!
4. Enter fewer than 10 characters.
5. Enter more than 10 characters.
6. Enter the blank number.
